Social Distancing and Sanitation

To minimize exposure, we are currently operating with only one stylist working at a time, and only one client receiving services at a time. Our salon suite is enclosed and separated from all other neighboring spaces to prevent any cross-contamination.

We follow stringent sanitation protocols, including complete disinfection of all surfaces and tools in between client appointments. Your stylist will wash her hands frequently, wear a mask for the duration of your appointment, and monitor her temperature daily.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations fewer than 24 hours in advance and no-shows may be required to pay a rescheduling fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Please inform us of your cancellation by calling or texting the salon at 737.808.4145 or emailing us at info@fifthhousehairgroup.com. We cannot guarantee that any other methods of communication will reach us successfully.

If you or anyone in close contact with you has symptoms of illness prior to your appointment, please contact us to cancel, regardless of how far in advance of your appointment it is. We will make any and all efforts to assist you in rescheduling.

We will go to every effort to ensure that you are properly notified of your appointment date and time, including confirmation and reminder emails and text messages. If for whatever reason we are unable to reach you, however, please ensure that you still keep track of your appointments and notify us well in advance if you must reschedule. If your contact information changes, please inform us promptly so that we can update your information to ensure that you still receive all your necessary reminders. If you are not receiving reminders and would like to be, please let us know so that we can check to see if the information we have on file for you is correct.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your hair no matter what. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, we want to know about it. Contact us within two weeks of your hair appointment and we will schedule you a free redo appointment as soon as we can. One free redo per appointment. We are unable to offer refunds for services.
